2. Services Offered

• We provide makeup services for bridal, party, and special occasions.

• Services are available by appointment only and are subject to availability.

• Rates and packages are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Appointments & Bookings

• All bookings require advance payment or a deposit to confirm the appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment can be made through online transfers, UPI, or cash.

• All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the service cannot be rendered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding skin type, allergies, and preferences.

• We are not responsible for adverse skin reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or pre-existing conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including images, text, and videos, is the property of Mahek Mahajan and cannot be used without prior permission.

• Client photos used for promotional purposes will require verbal or written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).

• In case of a no-show by the artist due to an emergency, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
